Overview
Set in the 1980s, three explorers vanished while searching for the mythical cities of Akakor and Akahim in the depths of the Amazon. Fast forward to the present, an ambitious international team, spearheaded by Irish investigative journalist Paul Connolly, is determined to uncover the truth. Armed with cutting-edge technology, the group includes American geologist Dr. Martin Pepper, Brazilian wilderness doctor Dr. Karina Oliani, former FBI agent Bobby Chacon, British survival expert Megan Hine, and tech whiz Brennon Edwards. Their expedition begins in the dense jungles of Peru, where the elusive Akakor is rumored to lie.
