Vincent finds himself on a convenience store security camera while thwarting a robbery, prompting Cat to caution him to stay vigilant when his image appears in the newspaper. Meanwhile, Cat and Tess delve into the case of a missing woman named Amy (guest star Annie Murphy), who vanished after her fiancé, Dr. Michael Walters (guest star Jeremy Glazer), announced their engagement in the paper that morning. Evan runs Amy's fingerprints and uncovers her real identity, while Cat ponders if she disappeared deliberately, especially after Vincent reveals he and JT have a quick escape plan from their loft. Things take a twist when Michael also goes missing, leading Joe to realize his team has been misled.
