Episode Overview

Eager to blend in at school, Christine decides to join a sorority, which prompts Jimmy to plead with her to return home, as he struggles with the kids alone. Noticing Christine’s frustration while studying for an exam and overhearing Greg and Kim discuss their study groups, Jimmy encourages her to join one. Initially resistant to the idea of feeling out of place, Christine eventually agrees to give her younger classmates’ group a try. However, as they arrive, she hesitates upon realizing it’s at a sorority house. With Jimmy’s support, she confidently enters Phi Sigma Gamma, where she bonds with the sisters. After a study session in economics, chapter president Katie and her close friend Maryanne invite Christine to become a member, having already witnessed the pledges' initiation activities.
