Episode Overview
After a three-year absence, Naomi's second ex-husband, Leonard Oates, returns to Raytown as a successful entrepreneur, boasting his newfound wealth from a mail-order worm business in Tallahassee, Florida. His objective? To win Naomi back and convince her to move with him. Amidst her indecision, Naomi tries to give Mama a permanent, but she takes too long, resulting in Mama sporting a hairdo that resembles a "Huge Q-tip." Leonard sets a noon meeting at the Bigger Jigger for Naomi to make her choice. Seeking advice, she confides in Fran, who reminds her that she must be true to herself. Mama insists on tagging along to the jigger to help finish her hair, with the whole family in tow. Ultimately, when it’s time to decide, Naomi chooses Vint and her new life, declaring that he is the one who truly trusts her.
