Episode Overview
As the police cordon off the hospital, Uryu takes Keigo's wife and son hostage, attempting to negotiate with him. However, Keigo believes the only way to secure his family's safety is by winning the survival game, so he refuses to bargain. Meanwhile, Yuki is captured by the police, and in a tense moment, Yuno appears with a grenade. Even though Keigo offers to let Yuki go, Yuno chooses to detonate the grenade, preferring to perish alongside Keigo than be without Yuki. The explosion turns out to be a flashbang, stunning everyone. Uryu tries to flee but encounters Nishijima, who reveals the deal she made with Keigo and how he framed Yuki and Yuno. They hurry back to the hospital. Yuki wakes up and attempts to shoot Keigo, who uses Yuno as a shield. Despite his diary warning that he will kill Yuno if he pulls the trigger, Yuki declares his love
