Episode Overview
In Kattegat, the townsfolk mock Ragnar, claiming the gods have abandoned him as he faces difficulties assembling a crew for his journey to Wessex. Meanwhile, Bjorn shines with newfound confidence, ready to pursue his dream of sailing the Mediterranean in a beautifully crafted vessel made by Floki. Ragnar, however, is left with old ships and a crew he has had to pay off. When Aslaug predicts that a fierce storm will destroy their fleet, her warnings are ignored by both Ragnar and her beloved son, Ivar.
