Bayview, a small community on Virginia's eastern shore with about 100 residents, has long been characterized by its basic living conditions, with many people residing in simple shacks lacking electricity and plumbing. However, Cozzie Lockwood took the initiative to inspire the townsfolk to rebuild their lives and community. In an effort to honor her contributions, Alice and Nikita set out to establish a community center aimed at enhancing the lives of Bayview’s inhabitants. With Nadia’s vision and the team’s dedication, the town not only gains a social hall but also a development center featuring a library, a cozy reading corner for children, versatile meeting space, and a computer learning area.
