Episode Overview

Liv and Clive delve into the case of Laurie-Beth Spano, a contestant from the Miss Teen Seattle pageant who suffered anaphylactic shock on stage in 1999 and fell into a coma. Back then, police charged her competitor, Velma Charlet, with poisoning Laurie-Beth's makeup, leading to a four-year prison term. Now, with Laurie-Beth having died, Clive has arrested Velma for her murder. Velma insists she’s innocent, prompting Liv to ingest Laurie-Beth's brain in a bid to uncover the true killer.
