At just 21, Jessica comes from a tight-knit family, but her heroin addiction is driving them apart. Heroin, along with other opiates like morphine, codeine, and opium, has taken a devastating toll on her life. The family’s attempt to hold an intervention is proving to be challenging. Meanwhile, Hubert, 50, grapples with a troubled history filled with painful experiences. He has relied on alcohol to escape his struggles, but now his siblings are rallying to support him in transforming the last six months of addiction into a journey toward healing.
