On what should be a joyous day, Dangerfield witnesses his daughter’s wedding, blissfully unaware of the turmoil ahead. He’s summoned to investigate a severe car accident, where he becomes entangled with a troubled woman. Meanwhile, a hijacking goes awry for an unsuspecting motorist, resulting in his vehicle crashing and catching fire. As Al hopes for a distraction-free wedding, Dangerfield is pulled back into work when the hijacked truck driver, Brennan, collapses while giving a statement, raising suspicions about his involvement.
