Episode Overview

Following three joyful years in a loving foster home, Oakley Carlson faces the painful reality of being reunited with her biological parents. Though her foster family is devastated by the decision, everything changes on Oakley's fifth birthday when her foster mom receives a call indicating that Oakley can be taken back "once she's found."
