Episode Overview
When a prison bus crashes, a dangerous criminal breaks free, prompting the FBI to worry that he’s seeking vengeance against the witness whose testimony led to his conviction. Tracking down this elusive murderer turns out to be a complex task. Don joins forces with Billy Cooper, his former partner from the Fugitive Recovery Division, while Alan expresses concern that Don may revert to the darker, more obsessive tendencies from his past in pursuit of the fugitive.
