Rob decides to follow Laura's suggestion on how to treat Sally with more respect after noticing her being treated more like one of the guys. Little does Laura know, her well-meaning advice may lead to unforeseen complications! Rob is optimistic that Laura's strategy will help Sally find a romantic partner. Meanwhile, Buddy and Mel are chatting about Rob and Sally going out for lunch, which leads them to suspect that Rob might be secretly dating Sally without Laura's knowledge!
