To help the establishment maintain its luxurious offerings while being self-sufficient, Monica gathers seaweed for the kitchen and assists in herding Highland cattle. At the same time, Giles tackles the task of changing toilet seats and joins the hotel staff for a refreshing swim in the stunning, yet icy, loch during their afternoon break.
