Episode Overview

The volunteers persist in their efforts alongside the YPG as they advance toward the ISIS-held city of Manbij, Syria. The medical team receives permission to reach the front lines, putting them in perilous territory, encircled by ISIS forces. Meanwhile, River receives troubling news from back home, prompting him to organize his departure. However, during his attempt to cross the border, he unexpectedly ends up in an Iraqi prison.
