Title: Honor Plot: John Amsterdam is assigned to look into the assault of renowned Indian supermodel, Amartya Vikram, who hesitates to press charges against her assailant. Despite her conservative family's disapproval, she ultimately decides to testify. However, the perpetrator, Phillip Long, is released due to a legal loophole. When Long subsequently appears to kill Amartya in retaliation, John is determined to see him punished, all while grappling with haunting memories of a similar encounter from his past.
