Episode Overview

Dr. Sam Waters and her Violent Crimes Task Force are in a race against time to track down a deranged killer, Jason Rainwater, before he targets a prominent political candidate, Casey Biggs. Meanwhile, Sam is preoccupied with fresh evidence that could lead her to her own terrifying stalker, dubbed the "Jack-of-all-trades." Using audio hints from a recording, the determined FBI team focuses their investigation on a church in Baltimore, which they suspect is Jack's hideout. Robert Davi appears as Bailey Malone.
