Title: To Serve & Protect Plot: As a string of seemingly random murders rocks St. Louis, Rachel and the VCTF team suspect that the killer may be a military veteran using readily available weapons. Their attention turns to a disheveled, rambling homeless man (guest star Jeremy Roberts) who matches their suspect profile.
