Episode Overview

Rachel and Bailey investigate a disturbing trend of elderly individuals being strangled while traveling by train in the Southwest. During their examination, Rachel discovers cigarette burns on the victims, suggesting that the young perpetrator (guest star Samuel Bliss Cooper) has experienced abuse himself. As the killer sets his sights on new targets, the VCTF develops a theory that the victims serve as stand-ins for an enraged drifter who harbors feelings of societal rejection.
