Overview
Set against the backdrop of Thatcher-era Britain, Bread follows the struggles of the Boswell family, a devoutly Catholic clan residing in Liverpool's Dingle district. Matriarch Nellie navigates the challenges of life with her estranged husband, Freddie, who left her for the flamboyant 'Lilo Lill.'
