After an astonishing find in the desert, Sydney consents to undergo a risky experimental treatment led by a quirky doctor, aimed at recovering her forgotten memories. However, as Jack and Vaughn observe, Sydney's mind fights hard against recalling her lost time, and the attempt to regain those memories could potentially be fatal. Meanwhile, Lauren makes a significant sacrifice to solidify her alibi with Lindsey after rescuing Sydney from NSC detention. At the same time, Sloane finds himself cornered by an unexpected adversary who is determined to ensure Sydney Bristow's permanent removal.
