Episode Overview
H.R.'s history comes back to haunt him when a bounty hunter named Gypsy, who possesses vibe powers, shows up in Central City to take him back to Earth-19 for trial due to his illegal inter-dimensional travel. Realizing the gravity of the situation, H.R. decides to give himself up. However, Barry and Cisco soon discover that H.R.'s only chance for freedom lies in a deadly duel with Gypsy. In a bid to save H.R., Cisco steps in and volunteers to confront Gypsy instead.
