The guys find themselves vying for the attention of a girl named Jo, which leads to tension and conflict within the band. At the same time, James suffers an allergic reaction to a body spray, prompting Kelly (Tanya Chisholm) to urge him to get an allergy shot. Meanwhile, Gustavo hires a new assistant called Freight Train. Katie, tasked with writing a report on her biggest hero, chooses to write about Gustavo to avoid doing any research. As for Griffin, he’s looking for a slow love song for their next track, but Gustavo struggles to bring the concept to life.
