Jinzabur? eliminates Ginshichi and sends the injured Teruhi back to safety. Ignoring the risks, he spearheads a nighttime assault on the fortified Goryeo troops. Onitakemaru breaches their defenses, but Commander Kim Bang-gyeong and Mongol Vice-Marshal Liu Fuheng remain unfazed, believing they face merely a minor Tsushima contingent. After inflicting sufficient chaos, Jinzabur? decides to withdraw, despite hearing the desperate cries of the captives in Sasu village. Just then, a small contingent from Toibarai launches an arrow barrage, allowing Jinzabur?'s forces to rescue the villagers.
