Episode Overview
Spender is in a new relationship with Sandy. While enjoying a day at the park with Laura and Kate, he encounters a dangerous rapist and attempts to pursue him but ultimately loses the trail. Keith informs Spender that someone at the train station is bootlegging him, prompting Spender to investigate. Later, while patrolling the area where the rapes occurred, an undercover officer is nearly attacked, but Spender intervenes and finds himself chasing the suspect along the train tracks. Meanwhile, Frances shares her plans to marry Eric, leading to their mutual decision to finalize their divorce. Stick takes Eileen out for dinner to celebrate his deal and invites Spender and Sandy, as well as Keith and Emily. The evening takes a twist when Sandy's husband arrives, revealing that he is still involved with her.
