Episode Overview
A woman, believing that Little Joe deliberately took her brother's life, puts a bounty of $1,000 on the head of the youngest Cartwright, insisting it be settled in what she calls a "fair fight." Meanwhile, Joe grapples with his own feelings of guilt after having killed a man in self-defense, all while trying to stay clear of the devastated father who is consumed by grief.
