Overview
WordWorld, an Emmy Award-winning children's series, creatively engages 3- to 7-year-olds in literacy through fun adventures. Funded in part by the U.S. Department of Education's Ready to Learn initiative, it features Dog and his WordFriends exploring imaginative quests where constructing or deconstructing words is key to solving problems. Each correctly built word transforms into its corresponding object, providing instant comprehension. Launched on September 3, 2007, on PBS Kids, the show is now in its third season with 84 episodes and reaches audiences in 90 countries across 10 languages. Additionally, it has inspired various mobile apps and toys.
