Overview
Thunderbirds 2086 is a Japanese anime that draws inspiration from Gerry Anderson's iconic Supermarionation series. While ITC Entertainment, the original producer, provided an English dub, this adaptation isn't officially recognized within the Thunderbirds legacy, as the Andersons were not involved. Nevertheless, the English version features music and sound effects borrowed from classic Anderson productions like Stingray, Captain Scarlet, and UFO. The anime consists of 24 episodes, though only 18 aired on Fuji TV in 1982, leaving fans curious about the remaining episodes.
