During a hostage rescue training exercise at Quantico, Alex is deeply unsettled, leading her to doubt her skills and contemplate leaving the program. Meanwhile, in the present timeline, Alex digs for answers and stumbles upon a lead that casts doubt on the integrity of one of her closest classmates. However, she begins to wonder if her discovery is as clear-cut as she believes. It becomes evident that appearances can be deceiving, and trust is a fragile thing.
