Martin receives a postcard from Clare announcing her marriage to Shane in Australia. As everyone gears up for Mandy's wedding, Archie is put through a series of "challenges" by his ex-marine friends to prepare for the big day. Meanwhile, Matt reluctantly agrees to attend the wedding. At Mandy's hen party, Martin encounters a girl named Rachel, who resembles Clare in many ways—though she isn't Irish, a nurse, or even has the right hair color. He sets up a date with her, giving her a wig similar to Clare's and asking her to adopt an Irish accent.
