Episode Overview

Title: Ghostly Encounters Plot: On Halloween, the kids meet an unusual boy named Russell, who believes his home is haunted. At the same time, Dr. Doofenshmirtz, who has a strong aversion to lawns, creates a "mind-transfer-inator" to swap minds with a cow, intending to obliterate all the grass in the Tri-State Area. However, his scheme goes awry, turning him into a terrifying "were-cow" that causes chaos with every full moon. Agent P must step in to thwart his plans and protect Danville from the impending disaster.
