Episode Overview
Excited about building his mountain cabin near Bear Valley, Chris's plans take a turn when he uncovers a Native American artifact during construction. The contractor halts work, needing to confirm whether they are disturbing sacred land. Fearing he might lose his property, Chris decides to perform at the nearby Kahoosh Indian casino to gain the backing of the local indigenous community and to impress singer/songwriter Bret Michaels, who mistakenly believes he’s self-centered. Meanwhile, Anson is furious upon learning about the tragic fate of his newly discovered Native American ancestors and seeks vengeance. After ending her relationship with a boyfriend who is overly influenced by his family, Yola meets Ben, a charming man without family obligations. However, after spending time with Ben's friends, Yola realizes that some old patterns might be difficult to escape.
