When the son of a former governor, whom Dan and his old partner saved 25 years prior, is abducted by drug traffickers, Dan finds himself wrongfully accused and on the run. As Dan evades capture, Jack takes it upon himself to track down the true culprits and clear his partner's name. Meanwhile, with nowhere else to turn, Dan reaches out to his legendary former ally, Frank Savage, for assistance in navigating this perilous situation.
