Nikita and Michael strategize to dismantle Division and Oversight, planning to leverage the secrets within the black box. With Amanda at the helm of Division, Oversight has dispatched a new agent, Sean, to monitor her actions. Amanda's inaugural task is to retrieve the black box from Nikita, prompting her to recruit Alex’s assistance. Initially hesitant, Alex agrees once Amanda promises to aid her in locating her father’s killer. Meanwhile, Nikita and Michael unexpectedly gain support from an unlikely source.
