Birkoff informs Nikita and Michael about a black box file indicating that an international terrorist named Ramon, known for claiming responsibility for high-profile political assassinations, is now associated with Division. This revelation deeply troubles Nikita, as she was responsible for capturing Ramon and handing him over to Percy years ago. Meanwhile, Amanda manipulates Alex into assassinating Anton Kochenko, a former associate of Alex's father, intending for Ramon to receive the credit. When Nikita intervenes to thwart Amanda's scheme, Amanda retaliates by targeting Nikita’s most cherished possession.
