Episode Overview
Twenty former Survivor South Africa contestants arrived at the Sunshine Coast in the Eastern Cape, eager for a chance at redemption. Nico revealed to the newly named "Outcasts" that they were competing for an impressive R2 Million, the largest prize in the series to date. The castaways were split into tribes based on their previous placements: the red Yontau team comprised the Pre-Merge players, while the blue Masu team consisted of the Post-Merge players. The season kicked off with an exciting first reward challenge between the two groups.
