Episode Overview

A mother discovers her three-year-old son unresponsive in bed. She explains that two days earlier, she had administered acetaminophen for his stomach pain, and he had been vomiting within the last twenty-four hours before his passing. Initially, Dr. G considers a natural illness, but soon uncovers signs of possible abuse. Meanwhile, a 31-year-old man suffers a collapse at his grandparents' home and later dies in the hospital. His grandparents share that he decided to mow the lawn despite feeling unwell, ultimately leading to his exhaustion and collapse. With a complicated medical and substance use history, Dr. G begins the autopsy expecting a standard drug overdose, but the findings reveal a much stranger story.
