After numerous attempts to rectify the error, John finally meets Wally, the editor, but the situation worsens. Meanwhile, Jake suffers hearing loss after attending a concert, and in a surprising twist, Linda finds herself on the receiving end of a breakup after her date with Arnoldo, the water delivery man.
