Episode Overview

Doctor Caitriona faces intense pressure as she attempts to insert a cannula into an elderly patient urgently requiring IV medication to survive. Meanwhile, on his first day in the Children’s ED, Doctor Javed struggles outside his comfort zone, trying to calm an 11-year-old who has a fear of needles. At the same time, Doctor Eoin is racing against the clock to insert a breathing tube into a patient who has overdosed and is in danger of choking on his own vomit.
