Overview

Eddie's lifelong aspiration to join the police force faces constant setbacks, relegating him to a night watchman role. Undeterred, he decides to take matters into his own hands by donning an LAPD uniform and modifying his car to resemble a police vehicle. Fueled by a misguided sense of authority, he begins to exploit and abuse vulnerable prostitutes, blurring the lines between law enforcement and criminality. As Eddie spirals deeper into his delusions of power, the consequences of his actions unfold, revealing the dark side of his obsessive dream.
