Episode Overview
Fred begins to suspect that Evelyn is interested in marrying him. When he asks her directly, she insists that she never considered it. Offended by her response, he unexpectedly proposes, fully expecting her to decline. To his surprise, she accepts. In the aftermath, Fred decides to embrace the engagement, believing it could be beneficial for both of them. However, during an engagement party thrown by Evelyn, Fred's confidence wavers when he overhears her affluent friends mocking him and his reputation as a junk dealer.
